Welcome to WebPrint Ltd. These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services supplied by WebPrint Ltd (“WebPrint”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order, accepting a quote, approving artwork, or making payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Business Hours
WebPrint is open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. We are closed on weekends and New Zealand public holidays.
WebPrint may close during the Christmas and New Year period. Any planned closures will be announced on our website.
3. Quotes & Orders
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change if specifications, artwork, quantities, materials, or requested services change.
Orders may be confirmed by accepting a written quote, replying by email, issuing a purchase order, completing checkout on our website, or paying an invoice or deposit.
4. Payments
Payment methods may include bank transfer, Stripe, credit/debit card, and cash by arrangement.
Invoices are payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed. WebPrint may request full payment or a deposit before production begins.
Ownership of goods remains with WebPrint until payment has been received in full.
5. Artwork Requirements
Customers are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork.
- Preferred format: PDF
- Colour mode: CMYK
- Resolution: 300 DPI minimum
- Bleed: 3mm where required
- Fonts: outlined or embedded
If artwork is not print-ready, WebPrint may request replacement files, charge for corrections, or delay production.
6. Proof Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully checking all proofs before approval, including spelling, grammar, images, colours, sizes, quantities, and layout.
Once artwork is approved, WebPrint is not responsible for errors contained within the approved proof.
7. Printing & Production
Production begins after artwork approval and payment where applicable. Turnaround times are estimates only and do not include courier delivery time.
WebPrint is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, equipment issues, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Colour Accuracy
Printed colours may vary from screens, office printers, digital proofs, previous print runs, or supplied samples.
Colour variation can occur due to paper type, material, coating, finishing, ink, lighting, and printing method. Pantone colours cannot be guaranteed unless specifically quoted.
9. Quantity Tolerance
Commercial printing may result in small quantity variations. Unless otherwise agreed, completed quantities may vary by up to ±5%.
10. Shipping & Delivery
WebPrint delivers throughout New Zealand. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Courier delays, weather events, rural delivery delays, and third-party delivery issues are outside our control.
Any damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
11. Returns, Reprints & Refunds
Because most products are custom made, returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect customer artwork, incorrect specifications, or late approval.
If WebPrint has made an error, we may inspect the job and offer a reprint, repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
12. Signage Products
Customers are responsible for checking all signage dimensions before production. Outdoor product life may vary depending on weather exposure, UV exposure, installation, surface condition, and maintenance.
13. LED Lightboxes
LED Lightboxes are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, water damage, incorrect installation, modifications, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear.
14. Graphic Design Services
Design concepts and draft artwork remain the property of WebPrint until payment has been received in full.
Unless otherwise agreed, editable source files are not included. Final approved artwork is supplied after payment.
WebPrint may display completed work in its portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing.
15. Website Design Services
A 50% deposit is required before website design or development begins. The remaining balance is payable before website launch unless otherwise agreed.
Customers are responsible for supplying required content, including text, images, logos, product information, and business details.
Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, Shopify apps, plugins, premium fonts, and stock images may incur additional charges.
Search engine rankings cannot be guaranteed.
16. Copyright & Intellectual Property
Customers confirm they own or have permission to use all supplied logos, photographs, graphics, fonts, trademarks, text, and artwork.
WebPrint accepts no responsibility for copyright or trademark issues arising from customer-supplied material.
17. Privacy
WebPrint collects personal information only for the purpose of providing products and services. This may include names, company details, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, WebPrint’s total liability shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim.
WebPrint is not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses, including lost profits or loss of business opportunities.
19. Force Majeure
WebPrint is not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, supplier shortages, strikes, courier disruptions, power failures, internet outages, or pandemics.
20. Cancellation
Orders cancelled after production has commenced may incur charges for work completed, materials purchased, and production already undertaken.
Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
21. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
22. Updates to These Terms
WebPrint may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website.
